About the event
Learn to access full range of motion to multiple joints and improve your overall mobility. You will learn mobility Techniques that targets stiff Joints to relese tension and enable them to be more movable and healthy. After mobility we will enter our stretch routine that improves posture, Stress relief and soothes the nerves.
The target and goal is to make sure you can realistically be able to be functional for every day activities.
This Class is for 1hr, We provide a Mat or (BYOM-Bring your own Mat).
