RETURN POLICY

We understand that there may be times an item isn't what was expected and needs to be returned or exchanged.

We currently do not offer any refunds on any items.

Returns are excepted for store credit only within 7 days starting from your delivery date. 

 

The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost.

within 5 days after items have been inspected then Exchanges can be made.

 Please understand that the Exchange  window is time sensitive.

 

You can exchange your item(s) by contacting us! The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

 

To honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new condition with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.

 

Conditions:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.

No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

• Free gifts or promotional items

• Items marked FINAL SALE

• Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items

• Bodysuits

• Visibly Worn items

• Select White Items

• Items outside of policy window

 

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. If your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund, it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
